If you ask me, anything that takes more than 4 hours to complete and only allows one Sim to perform at any one time with a limited time frame is a marketing gimmick intending to capitalize on your frustration and needs by making you pay $$ to complete it within the time frame. But such is freemium game.
It was close but I manage to complete this in the time frame and the Pickle Sauce Hamburger Joint is my reward. You can build it on the mezzanine floor of your mall.
Once I had the mall up and running, I waste no time to get all my Sims over to have a Burger. Reward for good job which is irony cause I am the one doing all the job.
Next up is the Juice bar - reward for completing the Bowling hobby!
